Incom Resources Recovery (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. was established in 2003. It is a national circular economy pilot unit and an executive director of China Packaging Federation. The company built a 4.82 hectare project production base in Shunyi District, Beijing in 2005. It processes 50,000 tons of waste PET beverage bottles annually,and produces 30,000 tons of clean polyester chips and 20,000 tons of ultra-clean polyester chips.With an emission of approximately 160,000 tons of carbon dioxide, in response to the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei integration national strategy and the Beijing Municipal Government’s call to relieve non-capital functions, the project ceased production in 2014 and entered the preparatory stage for relocation.

    In response to the national strategy of integrated and coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and inherited the mission of the INCOM factory, Incom Resources Recovery (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. relocated and upgraded the process equipment in the existing factory. The new INCOM factory started smoothly in November 2020, and continues to create the model case of "PET food-grade to food-grade recycling cycle" in China, which will bring new vitality to waste PET beverage bottles. INCOM Tianjin factory is an rPET manufacturer approved by National Health Commission of the People's Republic of China and the State Administration for Market Regulation to be used in food contact materials, and its process technology and products have passed certifications, such as ISO9000, ISO14000, FDA, GRS, etc.

In the 2008 Beijing Olympics, the INCOM recycling plant became the designated recycling and processing unit for waste PET bottles in the Beijing Olympic venues at that time. As a key industry practitioner in the renewable resource utilization industry in China, its parent company Incom Recycle Co., Ltd. is the "urban minerals" demonstration base in Beijing and China, a leading enterprise in the national recycling transformation pilot demonstration park, and the leading enterprise in the large environmental protection business division of Sino-Ocean Group.
